Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American artist and performer from America. She was best known for portraying Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). Also, she played the lead role of Jerrica Jem Benton in the film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by the mother and father Wendy as well as Ashley. There is a younger sister Ally. Aubrey worked with Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her youth. Aubrey was the valedictory of their 2012 class. Harvard University admitted her, however, she was required to sign to her admission twice to be able to play her part in Nashville. Peeples played a cameo in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and played regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress also appeared in television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She played Layla Grant, a major role in The Good Mother, a Nashville second season drama. Peeples revealed her bipolar disorder in an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples as one of the top actors of the year under twenty in September 2014.
