Emeraude Toubia is an Canadian Actress who is best known for her role as the star of Freeform Fantasy Series Shadowhunters as well as Venevision Television series Cosita linda & Voltea pa' que te are enamored. Also, she is a skilled model and dancer. Montreal born, she lived her early years in Texas. She has been trained since her early in diverse types. At the age of 15 old, she started competing in beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame after in 2008, she appeared as competing in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty pageant. She was in 2010 as the receptionist in Telemundo the telenovela Aurora. The first film she appeared in was the action-drama Tattooed Love in 2015.
